In 2004, Camille McPherson had a vision to start a painting company better than the rest. She figured that the only way to ensure everyone got a high-quality paint job and was treated the way she liked them to be was to create her own painting company (which soon after expanded to complete renovations). With extensive experience working on commercial and residential properties, Camille has become a master painter, color consultant, designer, and project manager. She has developed numerous systems and protocols to navigate renovations and work with other trades with ease.  When you hire Camille and her team you will find out for yourself… she will ensure you are well taken care of and treated like a friend.

Chad McPherson works to ensure that Can Do More Painting – Renovation & Design is recognized as the contractor of choice.  Chad brings a technical project management background to business operations which ensures all aspects of project coordination and administration are carried out effectively. In addition to a degree in Business Management, Chad holds certifications in Project Management (PMP), Change Management (CMP), and Process Improvement (Six-Sigma) which provides clients with peace of mind that their projects will be completed on time, safely, and with the level of quality promised.  Additionally, Chad provides leadership with estimating, human resource management, logistics, quality assurance, safety, scheduling, and vendor management. Chad is most proud of how the company has grown from a strong husband/wife painting duo to an award-winning full-service painting and renovation company.

John has been working in the construction and renovation industry in various capacities for over 35 years. When he was 25, John started in the trades with house framing. Later he started renovating and specialized in flipping properties and in doing so acquired many construction skills for both exterior and interior work. With the softening of the real estate market in 2008, John transitioned into interior renovations for both commercial and residential projects. John is a very well-rounded Renovation Manager, but clients most appreciate how much he genuinely cares about them and their project.

Justin has been working in the painting and renovation industry for over 20 years.  Justin is a master in all aspects of paint, stain, and lacquer. Over the years, Justin has worked alongside many other trades expanding his skills in areas such as drywall, taping and mudding, ceiling texture, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical. Justin’s vast experience has allowed him to develop into an incredible project and operations manager. For Can Do More, he manages the project schedule, team development, and everything it takes for successful project execution. Justin’s goal is to provide an overall peace of mind for both client and employer that “they are in good hands”. Justin consistently exceeds customer expectations.

Matt is a very experienced tradesman with technical training in business operations and project management. As a result, Matt has many successful years of project management in his portfolio. His specialized background is in flooring, tile, carpentry, and cabinetry, and he has a superior understanding of all the aspects of renovations.

Chris is a local SAIT graduate and a highly skilled project manager with extensive technical training. Chris has a long history in business operations and renovation project management. Chris is an all-star at problem-solving!

A highly organized project manager with an engineering and technical background. Dave is a true professional of the trades. He has a wealth of experience in the field and is highly skilled in managing and overseeing all aspects of a renovation project.

James carries a Bachelor of Design with precedence on all things color, perspective, and composition. He has extensive construction and renovation experience, with an emphasis on refinishing for a plethora of completed projects. James thrives at problem-solving, research, and any opportunity to learn.

Terry is an All-Star Painter and Refinisher with over 25 years of experience. Terry loves to run the best paint teams and refinishing shop in the area!  He is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the paint team, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard. Terry is the point of contact for any paint-related details.

Phil has been an integral part of our team for several years and has played a significant role in ensuring the success of our projects. He has a wealth of painting experience and is highly skilled in overseeing all aspects of the project.

Mike is a true master of his craft, and his passion for refinishing is evident in every project he undertakes. He has an eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and a dedication to customer satisfaction.

Chad became an expert in customer service, color theory, and paint tinting. Over the years, Cabinet refinishing and woodworking has become a passion for Chad since it allows him to express his artistic skillset. His goal for the finished product is to create a fresh new glow in the space, so clients feel truly blessed to have him on the project and enjoy showcasing their place to family and friends!

Dillon brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with various trades to our team. He is an excellent communicator with a strong commitment to quality that ensures every project is done right. He is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients and takes pride in delivering results that exceed expectations.
